POSITION OVERVIEW
Responsible for sales, marketing activation, business planning and execution for E-retail channel (select accounts).
Develop & implement sound strategies for online promotional & marketing activities, product assortment & information, Retailer CRM, & digital programs to increase revenue & profit while maintain a cohesive dotcom presence.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
E-RETAIL:
Develop the strategy and conduct planning and execution of product information, online advertising, and promotions for continued growth of LVMH Fragrance Brands products on partner E-Retailer sites.
This role includes the planning of all e-retail business (sales plan, marketing activities, content calendars, coop) for each retailer.
Ensure that the image of the brand is consistent across all retailer execution.
- Sales planning & retail achievement: build plans, negotiate targets and drive retail achievement per brand/key product line for each dedicated E-retail accounts. Monitor target achievement and propose action plan to maximize performance.
- Develop strategy for all promotional activity and spend for retailer programs including, but not limited to, topics for budgets, samples, digital and advertising materials.
- RETAIL PLAN OF ACTION (RPA): Collaborate with retail partners to maximize Retailer.com advertising and spend to best coincide with overall retailer RPA. Recommend and negotiate coop/coad plan, lead program exécution in partnership with Sales/Marketing/Media/Creative teams.
- ASSORTMENT: ensure optimized assortment to deliver sales target and best-in-class Brand experience. Monitor returns/discounts and drive e-merchandising strategy/execution, with constant site presence monitoring.
- RETAILER.COM BUDGET SHEETS: Build seasonal plans and budgets and negotiate targets/plans with retailers. Maintain approved budgets for sales and marketing spend. Meet monthly to review latest budget versus actual.
- SAMPLES: Work with Marketing team and provide requests for all sample activity needed for assigned retailers and provide requests within the allocated total .com quantity.
- DIGITAL/MEDIA: Work with Marketing & Consumer engagement team on the best programs to maximize visibility, placement and conversion, and elevate brand perception. Present to the retailer as a package, negotiate exposures and programs, follow up to track and improve acquisition and retention KPIs.
- PRODUCT OR COMP MATERIALS: Manage with Retailer.com and Marketing team the various product/comp needs for site presence, display pages and everyday maintenance for all retailers.
- PRESENTATIONS/MEETINGS: Provide overall and tactical strategies, per retailer, for retailer market meetings.
- INSIGHTS & REPORTING: Generate weekly sell thru and campaign performance reports. Provide monthly reports to HQ team including retailer activity, sell thru results and competitive analysis.
- Interface regularly with HQ to report e-retail PERFORMANCE, secure relevant tools and adequate strategies for North America, analyze launch performance and recommend brand optimization.
- Lead ASSET/CONTENT plans for Fragrance category (competition landscape and best practices to drive online and omni-channel performance) ; recommend, negotiate and execute localization of assets when needed.
- Interface with Retailer.com partners to coordinate product information and promotions.
- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts between internal groups and Retailer.com partners.
- Maintain the most recent products, promotions, and information on Retailer.com sites, removing items when they are no longer available and/or expired (including product and content).
PURE PLAYERS:
- Identify potential partnership and then provide analysis on platform, user experience, potential sales, P&L, and media opportunities.
- Work with HQ to approve all pure player partnerships.
- Coordinate product information and promotions on pure player platforms.
- Develop strategy for all promotional activity, including but not limited to, topics for budgets, samples, digital, and advertising materials.
