    Job Description

    YOUR IMPACT :

    Reporting to the LVMH Beauty Tech Americas CIO and as CIO Office Americas VP, you will :

    • Lead, plan, direct and control all the activities related to IT Governance, Demand Management, and IT Performance Management
    • Coordinate and report the different streams related to the transformation plan

    YOUR ROLE AS A VP CIO OFFICE:

    PMO

    • Develop, maintain and coordinate the Portfolio plan of all new and enhanced capabilities, functionality, products and services. This role will act as the point of contact for the aggregation and prioritization of new demand as well as Project status. An internally facing position, the CIO Office VP will provide support to all Maisons CIO and Center of Competencies Business Relationship Managers aligned to each business unit.
    • Liaise and collaborate with IT Leads to ensure that the activities, issues, and risks are tracked and escalated
    • Provide a single picture in accordance with agreed reporting practices of the status and performance of all enterprise IT functions
    • Create and review content for various governance boards

    Value Realization Office

    • Oversee the business case tracking and benefits realization activities (with IT Finance)
    • Act as the gatekeeper to ensure that the Portfolio of new programs aligns with available resources (budget, personnel, and technology)

    IT4IT Methodology & Tooling

    • Define project management and service management methodology standards, processes and tools; ensure their adoption by all the IT Teams and control their application
    • Develop IT knowledge framework and ensure the availability of high-quality knowledge management systems
    • Create, update, approve and implement overall IT Quality Assurance Framework (QAF) and ensure that all services comply with quality standards

    Vendor Management

    • Build, manage and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners to achieve agreed business objectives; ensure regular, coordinated interaction ​​​​​​​

    Transformation Plan Coordinator

    • Oversee and coordinate the different streams related to the transformation plan : consolidate action plans and plannings, challenge, anticipate and manage risks, communicate
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • You have at least 10 years of management experience, including 5+ years of experience in technology management
    • You have strong knowledge of core technology (Infrastructure, Applications), business processes and technology supplier community
    • You have solid strong strategic planning capabilities and Proven leadership and management skills
    • You are maximizing supplier performance
    • You make consistent reporting of service performance and produce in a timely manner, & exhaustively covering all KPIs across enterprise IT and management information reports
    • You implement & you make adhere to across enterprise IT quality control standards, policies, and procedure
