    • sWe are seeking a strategic lawyer to join the North Americas team as a junior attorney. The junior attorney must be agile, self-sufficient and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with broad responsibilities primarily involving legal and compliance matters,

    PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Provide day to day assistance across the company on all legal and compliance issues
    • Partner with business departments on review and negotiation of contracts.
    • Refine and scale company’s compliance processes, including but not limited to vendor management, data privacy and ethics.
    • Help solidify company-wide understanding of our Code of Conduct and anti-corruption policies.
    • Assist with the development and presentation of compliance trainings.
    • Assist and manage litigation matters in collaboration with LVMH, including processing pf all subpoenas.
    • Assist and manage all insurance matters in collaboration with other business teams.
    • Manage the Legal Department’s various contract databases, ensuring contracts are properly abstracted, categorized and filed.
    • Liaise with LVMH Legal to manage the Company’s corporate filings and perform necessary corporate housekeeping. 
    • Maintain professional growth and development through seminars, workshops, and professional affiliations to keep abreast of latest developments in applicable laws and regulations.
    • Work with Headquarter, other LVMH Legal Departments, and external counsel as needed.
    • Other duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • US law degree or equivalent, 1-3 years of experience in a law firm or in house is preferred
    • Ability to self-start in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
    • Exercise sound, pragmatic judgment and think strategically.
    • Strong business acumen.
    • Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment
