2nd Century Adult Healthcare Inc is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our growing healthcare team in Los Angeles, CA. Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care including administering medications, wound care, and monitoring vital signs
Assist physicians and RNs in assessing and documenting patient health status and treatment plans
Coordinate and communicate patient care needs across interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Educate patients and families on health management, medications, and discharge instructions
Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to supervising medical staff promptly
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility healthcare regulations and safety standards
Requirements:
Valid California LVN license in good standing
Current CPR/BLS certification required
Prior experience in adult healthcare, geriatrics, or a clinical setting preferred
Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and medical documentation
Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
