Job Summary
The primary function of the Hospice LVN is to administer skilled nursing care, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, for clients of all ages in their place of residence. You will coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team (IDT), patients, families, and referring agencies to ensure a holistic approach to end-of-life care.

This position involves local travel to visit patients in their homes in various conditions. You should be comfortable with a flexible schedule and potential exposure to blood, bodily fluids, infectious diseases, and unpleasant weather. The role requires prolonged standing, walking, hand-eye coordination, and the ability to make quick clinical decisions under stressful conditions.
