About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging lectures and hands-on training in nursing fundamentals and patient care.

Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.

Develop and update course materials to ensure alignment with current healthcare standards.

Facilitate clinical experiences and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

Collaborate with faculty to enhance curriculum and program effectiveness.

Maintain accurate student records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Participate in faculty meetings and professional development activities.

Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement.

Requirements:

Current California LVN license with a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience. (RN,LVN)

Previous teaching or instructional experience in a nursing program preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse student populations.

Ability to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.

Proficient in using educational technology and online learning platforms.

Commitment to student success and passion for nursing education.

CPR certification and current First Aid training.

Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and training.
