    Location: Marlborough MA
    Employment Type: Contract
    Shift: 8 Hour Day

    • Pay Rate: up to $1700 weekly + benefits from day 1!

    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes. The Home Health LVN/LPN delivers skilled nursing services under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician, supporting patient recovery and independence in a home-based setting.

    Qualifications:

    • Graduate of an accredited LVN or LPN program

    • Active LVN/LPN license in the state of Massachusetts

    • 1 full year Adult Home Health experience.

    • BLS certification required

    • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

    • Ability to work independently in home-based environments

    • Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care

    • Strong documentation and organizational skills

    Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift as required

    • Ability to assist patients with mobility and positioning

    • Ability to travel between patient locations

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide skilled nursing care to home health patients per plan of care

    • Monitor and document patient conditions, vital signs, and treatment responses

    • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

    • Perform wound care, catheter care, and basic clinical procedures

    • Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and safety

    • Communicate patient status changes to supervising RN or physician

    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR

    • Adhere to infection control, safety, and home health regulations

    • Travel to patient homes within assigned service area
