    We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care in various settings, including nursing homes and primary care facilities. As an LVN, you will play a vital role in supporting patients' health and well-being through direct care and collaboration with healthcare professionals.

    Duties

    • Monitor and record vital signs, ensuring accurate documentation of patient health status.
    • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing diagnostic evaluations, and assisting with daily living activities.
    • Assist in ventilating patients as needed and provide catheter care to ensure comfort and hygiene.
    • Collaborate with registered nurses and physicians in case management to develop and implement individualized care plans.
    • Maintain accurate medical documentation for all patient interactions and treatments.
    • Support patients emotionally and physically while promoting their independence and dignity.
    • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance nursing skills.

    Years of Experience: 1 year(s)

    Certifications: AK license MUST be in hand, BLS

    LTAC Experience: Preferred

    Travel Experience Required: Yes

    Requirements

    • Valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of practice.
    • Experience in nursing home or ICU settings is preferred but not required.
    • Proficiency in monitoring vital signs and performing diagnostic evaluations.
    • Ability to lift patients safely and provide physical support as needed.
    • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
    • Knowledge of medical documentation standards and practices.
    • Commitment to providing compassionate care with a focus on patient-centered outcomes.

    Shift:

    Night 4x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)

    Day 4x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00)
