The Opportunity:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented LVN to deliver both clinical and administrative nursing support in a remote setting. This role involves tele-triage, chronic care coordination, utilization review, prior authorization processing, medical coding, billing support, and assisting with telehealth sessions.

This position is remote and offers you the flexibility of working from home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide remote patient support and triage through telehealth platforms.
• Monitor and report patient vitals and health data for Chronic Care Management (CCM) and Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) programs.
• Review prior authorization requests and assist with utilization management tasks.
• Accurately assign medical codes and support claims processing.
• Assist patients and providers with onboarding and troubleshooting telehealth technologies.

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted LVN license
• Minimum 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience (telehealth or remote care experience is a plus)
• Familiarity with CCM, RPM, and utilization review processes
• Knowledge of medical coding and billing practices
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR)
• Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
• Reliable internet connection and a secure, quiet remote workspace

Industry standards applicable to the state depending on work experience and level of expertise.

Hours:

US Eastern Standard Time (EST) – Per Diem
