LW Consulting, Inc. is pleased to work with our CCRC client in Media, PA to place a Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator (RNAC) for thier beautiful campus.  

While the RNAC serves a very significant role in completing and submitting MDS's per regulatory requirement for the skilled nursing area of the community, this position is also a key part of the senior leadership team on the campus.  The RNAC may be requested to assist in other areas of operations in addition to their MDS Assessment requirements.  

The ideal candidate for this role will have the following qualities

Have a current and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the commonwealth of PA. BSN preferred

Have at least 3 years experience completing and submitting MDS's for a skilled nursing provider. RAC-CT preferred.

Must have prior leadership experience in senior living and be willing to work outside of a tradtiional job description when requested.

Would have availability to take call on the weekend.

Must be able to educate and support clinical staff when changes to the MDS are published by CMS
