    Marketing Coordinator

    We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team in our Harrisburg, Pennsylvania office. Entry level applicants with the correct credentials are welcome to apply. 

    Who we are:

    LW Consulting, Inc. is a growing consulting firm serving the healthcare industry. Our Marketing Coordinator position will take direction from and assist the Marketing Team in the implementation of all marketing activities—working to increase brand awareness, generate new leads and drive revenue activities. This position requires someone with excellent Business to Business (B2B) writing skills, graphic design experience, organization skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks. 

    What you’ll do:

    Under the direction of the Chief Revenue Officer you will:

    • assist in writing, editing, proofreading, and posting digital content;
    • edit and format content for online training modules, using Brainshark sales enablement software;
    • create other forms of content to be distributed across digital and traditional marketing channels;
    • set up campaigns, create marketing collateral and develop presentations;
    • update content on the web and various company social media accounts;
    • monitor web traffic and provide feedback on ways to improve engagement and online conversions;
    • coordinate the marketing efforts of revenue team members, ensuring that materials are received in a timely manner and deadlines are met;
    • assist in coordination of tradeshows by packing exhibition material; and
    • provide other sales and marketing administrative support as needed.

    Our ideal candidate:

    Education and Experience

    • Must have experience in marketing or a related position with high-level grasp of business writing. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
    • Great opportunity for a recent graduate to jump start their career.
    • English, Journalism, Marketing, Design and Communication majors preferred. 

    Skills and Abilities

    • Have strong fact-checking and proofreading skills to write and edit long form content pieces.
    • Be able to research industry-related topics to prepare well-structured drafts.
    • Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and inDesign preferred.
    • Experience with audio and video editing preferred.
    • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and Content Management Systems (CMS) preferred.
    • Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint to develop presentations and other interactive content.
    • Familiarity with the use of social media for business (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube).
    • Be able to handle multiple tasks within tight deadlines, while perform work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
    • Knowledge of CSS & HTML helpful, but not necessary.
    • Healthcare or senior living experience a plus.

    CANDIDATES WILL BE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT 2 PROFESSIONAL WRITING SAMPLES (healthcare or senior living related subjects are preferred)
