LW Consulting, Inc. has the pleasure to work with Chandler Hall A Kendal Affiliate to place a Vice President of Accounting and Finance for their beautiful CCRC campus in Newtown, PA.

This position will work cohesively with all members of the Chandler Hall team to perform accounting and fincial duties for the campus. These duties will include but not be limited to budgeting, preparation of all accounting and finance reports, financial statement audits, oversight of all reimbursement activities, regulatory filings, capital expenditures and  presentations to senior leaders and board of directors.

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following requirements

• 7-10 years recent experience healthcare and senior living
• Exceptional leadership skills
• Strong communications skills
• Thorough knowledge of accounting and financial analysis related to healthcare

• Advanced knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement regulations is a bonus
• Strong analytical Skills;
• Exceptional problem solving and critical thinking skills
• CPA preferred
