LW Consulting, Inc. is pleased to work with our client in southern Maryland to place an interim recruiter for their senior living campus.
The recruiter will assist in sourcing, interviewing and hiring a wide variety of positions for this client. These positions include but are not limited to Nurses, personal care aides, C.N.A./G.N.A's, housekeeping and laundry staff, maintenance staff, office team members and much more.
The ideal canddiate will have at least 2 years experience in sourcing and recruiting staff perferably in the medical field, understand the required documents necesary for hiring, have experience with background checks, E-verify and drug screen requirements. Candidates with professional certificationa are preferred including C.I.R. certification.
This position is a full time, contract position working on a 1099 basis as an independent contractor for approximately 3 months. This is not a romote position, and will potentially have varied hours that may include weekends.
