We currently have a few openings for motivated, income driven Sales Reps to work out of our Boynton Beach office. THIS IS A COMMISSION ONLY POSITION with unlimited income potential. We are looking to fill these positions immediately so please do not respond unless you are ready to begin working! Business hours are 10am-4pm, although there are often opportunities to stay and work later in the event that management is staying late as well. Our average sales reps earn between $1,200-$1,500 per week, while our top producers earn $3,000+, consistently. Applicants must be reliable, dedicated and CONSISTENT. Each user license comes at a monthly expense to the company so we are looking for seasoned CLOSERS! If you do not have sales experience or you are not confident in your abilities as a salesperson then this is NOT the position for you! This is a very simple and basic pitch which requires no training outside of an explanation of what you are selling in order to be successful. I have had brand new reps come in and turn in a sale within their first 15 minutes on the phone. Leads are provided in-house and are pre-loaded into our state of the art dialer system, complete with a basic script to follow. You are free to tweak the pitch and make it your own as you gain experience within the industry and begin to learn what works for you personally as long as you are being truthful in doing so. The pitch as it is written does, however, work incredibly well. Enjoy the freedom that comes along with financial security and the ability to take a day off when you need to. We do not micromanage or police your work day, all that we ask is that you are productive, stay on task within the office and do not say anything untruthful or outrageous in order to secure a deal.
The rate of commission is 25% of the total sale price and raises will be considered based on productivity.
The advertising packages sold range anywhere from $900 to upwards of $3,500. As a Sales Rep, you will be given the discretion to set your own prices provided that our minimum pricing is met based on the advertising package you are selling. Each sale will generate you no less than $200 on your paycheck and our reps close on average 1-3 sales per day. This is a business to business sale in which you will be recruiting business owners to advertise in our magazine that goes out to a very affluent and targeted market. Due to a common desire of all business owners to get their name in front of some of the wealthiest members of their communities, our product essentially sells itself. While for this reason, it is practically effortless for our Sales Reps to bring in $600/week doing the bare minimum and selling our smallest package every other day, if you are content with this level of productivity then this position is NOT for you. We are looking to fill our seats with hungry, motivated and aggressive Sales Reps interested in earning six figures by wholeheartedly dedicating themselves to generating as much revenue as possible, both for themselves and the company as a whole.
