"Change People’s Lives"- La' James International College has a great opportunities for a full time Career Planner/ Admissions Representative to join our team. We train students for Cosmetology, Esthetics, Nail Technology and Massage Therapy careers. The Career Planner will be part of the recruitment of students for our college campuses with a goal of converting leads into starts through the execution of company admissions procedures. The ideal candidate will have the ability to direct, clarify and share educational benefits of our college programs to prospective students, set appointments for tours, enrollments, and do follow ups. This position requires being on the telephone and working with a computer data base. Must be professional in demeanor and appearance, enthusiastic, motivated, and goal oriented. Some sales experience helpful for this full- time position with benefits. We will train and coach the right individual to be successful in this position.

Hybrid position is available

Responsibilities:

• Act as first point of contact for all school inquiries
• Coordinate school career talks and tours
• Perform follow up with students and data entry and student record collection
• Share educational benefits of our program
• Insure admissions and accreditation policy and procedures are followed

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
