    LJL has an opening for an MARKETING ANALYST to join our team!  This is a brand new position with a growing company and an exciting opportunity. 

    Responsibilities 

    • Become our Marketing Superstar! (You’ll give us the data to back up decisions) 
    • Develop superb Cyber Security Marketing Content through Blogs, Videos, Emails, and beyond that resonates with our clients, customers, employees, and future collaborators. 
    • Develop, implement, and offer support in brand, content, and marketing strategy 
    • Analyze Marketing Data, Statistics, and Information through tools, web traffic, and platforms 
    • Create Content across social media and multiple marketing platforms 
    • Keep informed on market trends and competitor marketing strategies in Cyber Security 
    • Help transform our websites and content into SEO attracting machines 
    • Understand marketing analytics to help team stakeholders make decisions 
    • Provide input on marketing content and marketing strategies as we grow 
    • Create Content that is evenly distributed through our Platforms and Channels (email, Linkedin, Company Website, etc.) 
    • Consistently support the company website with updates, content, and coordination 
    • Outreach with potential new customers and clients  
    • Support with Events to create materials, schedule and manage events as needed 
    • Improve Tracking and Reporting around everything Data and Marketing 
    • Create potential Business Development, Marketing, and Support Powerpoints and Client Marketing Material 
    • Act as an example, leader, and resource for other marketing team members 
    • Process Development and Documentation of new Marketing SOP’s

     

     

    Background & Experiences 

    • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) 
    • 1-2 years of relevant digital marketing experience 
    • Proven self-starter with ability to juggle priorities and manage expectations 
    • Strong analytical background 
    • Experience being a part of an outreach or outbound marketing campaign.
    • Expert in PowerPoint and Excel with capacity to utilize formulas, pivot tables and macros 
    • Effective communicator in highlighting data insights and presenting data-driven results 
    • Experience with some or all of the following: Google Analytics, Google Optimize, Optimizely, Mailchimp, Getresponse, Yesware, SEO, Canva, Adobe, A/B Testing, etc.  
    • Experience with a Customer Relationship Management Tool 
    • Great time management and prioritization skills 
    • Ability to be in our client and customer heads
    • Concrete understanding on the basics of marketing
