We are looking for a full-time, experienced RVT or, an experienced veterinary assistant. We are an exciting, fast paced small animal hospital that is open 7 days a week. We focus on preventative and wellness care, surgery, and dental procedures while providing excellent client care that goes above and beyond. Knowledge of the Avimark system is a plus but not required. Must be a happy individual that appreciates the value of teamwork. We are seeking a technician that is skilled in, and able to perform (but not limited to):

*Radiology

*Anesthetic procedures and monitoring

*Dental prophylaxis and radiography

*Lab sample collection and handling

*Knowledge of proper safety, cleaning and serialization methods

*In-house diagnostics

*Working as part of a team

*Safe animal handling Requirements:

-Must be dependable and not have any scheduling restrictions

-Must have the ability to work weekends and some holidays (no major holidays required)

-Must be able to lift 40#

-Must have previous experience at a veterinary hospital, at least 2 years

-Must be outgoing, friendly, happy, a team player and have good communication skills

-Must be able to work four 10-hour shifts/week

Salary $40,000-$50,000/year (annual salary includes benefits)
