Responsibilities: • Establish and implement preventative maintenance protocols to keep equipment operations smooth and eliminate safety risks • Perform routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as plumbing fixtures, HVAC units, and electrical wiring to ensure optimal performance and make any repairs • Examine building windows, walls, and doors for damage and perform repairs when needed • Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed • Make records of when any equipment was services and repairs were made • Routinely inspect rooms and buildings for items needing attention • Complete work orders daily and perform necessary repairs Qualifications: • High school diploma/GED or equivalent • 2+ years of maintenance experience • Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems • Superb attention to detail, work ethic, and communication skills • Needs to have availability to respond on nights and weekends to on-call maintenance requests Compensation: $13.50 - $14 hourly
