Responsibilities: • Check the building for any damage to doors, windows, walls, and make any repairs as needed • Keep a record of completed repairs and when equipment was last serviced • Take additional maintenance requests as assigned • Plan and implement preventative maintenance procedures to maximize equipment operations and minimize safety risks • Ensure all equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring are in working order by conducting routine maintenance and handle any repairs, if needed • Routinely inspect rooms and buildings for items needing attention • Complete work orders daily and perform necessary repairs Qualifications: • Must be able to demonstrate advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures • Over 2 years of maintenance experience • Applicants should have knowledge of air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems • Has high school diploma, GED, or equivalent • Superb attention to detail, work ethic, and communication skills Compensation: $13.50 - $14 hourly
