You’ll make sure our facilities are operating efficiently, regularly inspect our building for any damage, and conduct routine maintenance on our equipment to keep it running smoothly. Responsibilities: • Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as PTAC units, plumbing fixtures, and pool pumps to make sure they're operating efficiently and make any needed repairs • Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, walls, and perform any necessary repairs • Plan and implement routine preventative maintenance procedures to maximize equipment operations and minimize safety risks • Ensure hotel pool and hot tub facilities maintain proper chemical balance • Accomplish daily tasks such as weeding, emptying garbage bins, cleaning up pet facilities, and ensuring the exterior of the building stays in excellent condition • Assist the housekeeping department as necessary to ensure guests' rooms stay in outstanding condition Qualifications: • Must be able to demonstrate advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures • Superb attention to detail, work ethic, and communication skills • At least 2 years of maintenance experience • Must have graduated from high school/received GED or equivalent • Needs to have availability to respond on nights and weekends to on-call maintenance requests Compensation: $17 - $19 hourly
