Job Title: Detail Landscape Supervisor
Are you an experienced landscape professional who is looking to make a bigger impact? We’re seeking a supervisor who can coach, train, develop and manage the best landscape maintenance teams in southeastern Wisconsin.

The Landscape Maintenance Supervisor reports to the Director of Landscape Maintenance Services. This position will supervise crews and regularly lead in employee coaching, training and development.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all detail, renovative and seasonal color operations
Oversee and implement landscape maintenance projects
Maintain accurate project paperwork, records & receipts
Continuously improve knowledge, education, & industry awareness
Availability during winter months to participate in snow removal activities
Interact with customers and coordinate with crew members to provide optimum services
Assist with the daily project management functions and project set up including paperwork
Execute strong attention to detail and personal integrity including working with a team or independently
Drive department profitability through advanced solutions, employee retention, etc.
Maintain sufficient staff to coordinate schedules and analyze future needs, forecasting staff and material needs to complete future jobs
Develop new strategies to accomplish work in a safe and efficient manner through effective leadership, training, coaching, troubleshooting and problem solving
Visit job sites on a regular basis, observing organization of work, identifying and resolving training issues, and taking necessary actions to ensure quality

Excellent verbal, written and oral communication skills.
2-3 years of previous landscape experience
Pesticide applicator license 3.0 or 5.0 is desired
Valid WI state driver’s license and acceptable driving record
Able to drive to job locations daily
Knowledgeable of how to protect trees and plants from diseases and insect infestations
Extensive knowledge about botany, growing seasons and climate zones is essential
Have good attendance record and be on time for work and appointments
Follow direction & work independently at times
Strong mathematical skills a plus
