    Job Title: Landscape Construction Supervisor

    La Rosa Landscape Company is seeking an experienced landscape professional to join our team as the Landscape Construction Supervisor reporting to the Director of Design-Build. This position will oversee crews, lead in training and improve landscape efficiencies.

    Responsibilities:

    Completes landscape construction projects by planning, organizing, and controlling projects; completing quality inspections; supervising staff.

    Maintain accurate project paperwork, records & receipts

    Meets construction budget by monitoring project expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions

    Continuously improve knowledge, education, & industry awareness

    Availability during winter months to participate in snow removal activities

    Accomplishes construction projects while abiding by organizational standards and protocols; allocating resources; scheduling and coordinating staff and sub-contractors

    Interact with customers and coordinate with crew members to provide optimum services

    Assist with the daily project management functions and project set up including paperwork

    Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations

    Drive department profitability through advanced solutions, employee retention, etc.

    Maintain sufficient staff to coordinate schedules and analyze future needs, forecasting staff and material needs to complete future jobs

    Develop new strategies to accomplish work in a safe and efficient manner through effective leadership, training, coaching, troubleshooting and problem solving

    Visit job sites on a regular basis, observing organization of work, identifying and resolving training issues, and taking necessary actions to ensure quality

    Excellent verbal, written and oral communication skills.

    2-3 years of previous landscape experience

    Valid WI state driver’s license and acceptable driving record

    Able to drive to job locations daily

    Demonstrate a strong attention to detail

    Have good attendance record and be on time for work and appointments

    Follow direction & work independently at times

    Strong mathematical skills a plus
