Must Have

• 2y+ Designing modular, object-oriented JavaScript (not using framework to get things done)
• Optimizing page load, animation and rendering performance
• The complete Software Development Life Cycle (e.g., planning, design, testing, releases, etc.)
• Handling cross-browser and cross-device compatibility

The Front End Developer will be responsible for developing responsive web apps using HTML5, CSS3 & pure JavaScript and should have at least 2 years of professional experience in software development or engineering.

Who Are You | You are an expert in:

• Clean, semantic HTML markup
• CSS pre-processing (e.g., SCSS, Stylus, and/or CSS post-processing)
• JavaScript (including ES6)
• Git and GitHub
• SEO best-practices and implementation
• Responsive web development best practices
• Accessibility best practices and implementation

You have experience with:

• Testing tools and TDD
• Designing modular, object-oriented JavaScript
• Optimizing page load, animation and rendering performance
• The complete Software Development Life Cycle (e.g., planning, design, testing, releases, etc.)
• Handling cross-browser and cross-device compatibility

The ideal candidate would also have:

• Basic knowledge of Sketch
• Experience with Python and Django
• Experience with modern JavaScript tools (npm, webpack, yarn)
