Job Description:
We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to bring our internal platform tool set to the next level.
Reporting to the Director of Platform Product, this role will partner with design and engineering to build products that enable our internal teams to deliver exceptional quality of care for more than 250,000 patients.
What You'll Do:
Drive product in a fast-paced, dynamic and entrepreneurial environment, diving into unfamiliar problem spaces and crafting solutions through ruthless prioritization and a consistent focus on our user and patient needs
Understand and analyze complex requirements from our internal platform users, thinking strategically, and leading with data-driven decisions and cross company collaboration
Collaborate with key stakeholders throughout the company, ensuring proper requirement gathering, communication, and documentation to enable partner teams to scale

About You:
5+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record of successful product launches in a fast-paced environment, distilling complex requirements into high impact solutions
An excellent communicator, able to explain tradeoffs and decisions from the perspective of different stakeholder audiences
Ability to use data, derive insights, and communicate learnings from a complex data set
Advocate for your users with the ability to address pain points with cohesive product solutions
Experience shipping products in a fast-paced, iterative development process, comfortable with uncertainty and able to bring a steadying hand to a team moving quickly
A growth mindset who can take ownership and stay results oriented
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical team members up to and including the executive-level
Superior written and verbal communication skills and experience collaborating cross functionally with stakeholders and other partners
Startup and entrepreneurial experience preferred, along with experience in healthcare, health, pharmacy and/or e-commerce
