In this exciting role, you will report to the VP of Products and drive product definition & development on a brand-new SaaS platform that enables the largest organizations on the planet to understand and manage their cybersecurity risk in an entirely new way.

    Position Description

    In this role, you’ll get to:

    • Be part of scaling a technology start-up; it’s not always pretty, but it’s never boring. Develop a working knowledge of the domain, product and value proposition within 60 days including the key primary and secondary personas, their pain points and their desired outcomes.
    • Define and advance the platform integration strategy and implementation, in partnership with our Tech Alliances team, resulting in the establishment of at least 5 formal integrations over the first year that provably attract new customers and retain existing customers
    • Introduce best practices that mature the product management function in your first year by instituting and/or formalizing a feature request system, a win/loss analysis program and a competitive analysis program
    • Team with the User Experience and Product Owner groups within the first 6 months to elevate the product requirements discovery, definition and prioritization process by instituting a system for rapid prototyping of new product concepts with external stakeholders
    • Regularly interact with customers, partners and prospects, ranging from the end user persona to the executive buyer
    • Be challenged every day working to build a great product and a great business.

    Desired Skills and Experience

    If you can accomplish the above, you’re the product manager we’re looking for. You’ll need a bachelor’s degree, and 2-3 years’ experience and a track record of impact in enterprise software product management. If you have more experience, you’ll be able to accelerate your effectiveness and impact.
