• 4+ years of management experience
• Some 2nd line management experience
• Managed teams of 20+ and experience hiring and growing teams
• Experience interacting with Executive Staff and Customers

Duties include:

• B2B SaaS, B2C experience a plus
• Familiarity with modern tech stacks
• Has run teams of 20+
• Has been a VP for 2+ years
• Has managed dev, QA, and DevOps
• Experience operating across organizations
• Worked at Customer-centric companies
• Experience scaling teams
• Worked in startups, big company experience a plus
• Worked on uptime critical software
• Positive attitude can get the team to excite
• Track record of hiring a strong technical team
• Contribute to architectural decision
• Experience with a modern web technology stack
