HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
We are looking for an HR Operations Manager to join our growing HR team. We are scaling quickly and this is a prime opportunity for someone to build, refine, and enable best in class HR operations. Responsibilities:
Responsible for the Implementation and Maintenance of All HR and Recruitment Systems Honey Communication Platform Performance Management HRIS Newton
Yearly Engagement Surveys and Pulse Surveys
Understand numerous, interrelated HR processes and tools and make suggestion/ drive improvements
Proactively monitor employment laws for compliance and make recommendations
Continuously seek opportunities to optimize efficiency in HR processes
Immigration support
Training Compliance and Tracking
Update monthly audit and compliance dashboard / Track Monthly HR Metrics
Responsible for creating HR slides for Townhalls and Sr. Leadership Meetings
Quickly resolve issues when they arise and address the root cause
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or similar relevant field
5+ years of relevant HR Business Partner or HR Operations work experience
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Team player
Good time-management skills
Past experience that shows a careful attention to detail
Nice to have experience with immigration processing
HRIS and ATS system savvy
