Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisors perform episodic home health supervision and quality assurance according to state and federal guidelines. They also provide Clinical oversight for field nurses, aides, therapists, etc. The focus will be on ensuring OASIS compliant documentation, workflows, and timely submissions of required documentation. Required Qualifications

• Expert in OASIS
• Active (unrestricted) Registered Nurse RN License in the State of California
• 2 years of Home Health Experience as an RN
• 1 year supervisory or management experience
• Will consider extremely strong home health RN looking for an entry level leadership role
