    In this role, you will partner with the Chief Revenue Officer to drive the growth of the brand. You will gain deep insights into target customers, craft offers to meet their needs, partner cross-functionally to implement offers, define positioning, packaging, and pricing strategies, and drive sales and marketing plans.     RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Own product go-to-market strategies that maximize routes to market and the impact to customers

    • Craft product messaging and positioning that cuts through the clutter of a competitive market

    • Execute marketing plans designed to raise awareness, establish our reputation as a thought leader globally, engage and retain our current base of customers, and drive attainment of corporate objectives

    • Develop insights on customers, competitors, and market trends that allow you to unlock new opportunities and hedge against business threats

    • Identifying external channels for proliferation of solution messaging including channel partners, websites, industry events, and social channels

    • Partner with product and service delivery teams to align roadmaps with offer needs

    • Collaborate with leaders of other functions to implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans (e.g. acquisition marketing, customer marketing, sales, etc.)

    • Partnering closely with the sales and channel partner teams to develop compelling sales enablement tools specifically for the region the solution is being marketed in and support the sales strategy

    • Track key performance indicators and engage the cross-functional teams to ensure financial goals are met

    • Partner with Chief Revenue Officer to meet financial goals

    • Provide regular updates on business performance, opportunities, and risks

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • The ideal candidate will have experience with B2B enterprise software marketing, with cloud experience being a plus. More importantly, we’re seeking someone with the skills and qualities that will make them successful on our team – strong communicators who are motivated, thoughtful, collaborative, strategic, and results-oriented will thrive in our environment.

    • 6-8 years of professional experience, including roles within Product or Solutions Marketing

    • Track record of defining positioning, pricing, and packaging strategies that drive business results

    • Strategic thinker and experienced operator: Proven ability to both identify opportunities in the marketplace and drive action to pursue those opportunities

    • Self-starter who can operate with limited guidance but knows when to ask for help

    • Outstanding flexibility, adaptability and sense of accountability

    • Local to the Northern VA area with ability to travel up to 10% as needed
