Our travel-tech client is looking to hire a leader for their Engineering organization.

Requirements Include:

• 4+ years of management experience
• 2nd line management experience
• B2B SaaS, B2C experience a plus
  

• Has run teams of 20+ and has experience scaling teams up to 100. Must have a track record of hiring a strong technical team

• Has been a VP for 2+ years

• Has managed dev, QA, and DevOps with experience operating across organizations

• Worked at Customer-centric companies with uptime critical software

• Worked in startups, big company experience a plus

• Positive attitude that can get team excited

• Familiarity with modern tech stacks. Will contribute to architectural decisions and has experience with a modern web technology stack

• Can travel to Seattle regularly (~ 1x / quarter, Seattle is becoming our send eng office)
