Job Description

Our startup client is ready to hire a leader to participate in technical design and planning, while guiding and mentoring a team of engineers.

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

• At least five years of management experience in a tech-focused company
• At least four years of hands on technical experience, which includes fullstack  - both front and backend._  (We're using javascript / ember / node over here.....)_
• Experience interviewing and selecting software engineers.
• Ability to sit in the captain seat and run meetings, as well as work well across the company.

The preference is to hire a Bay Area local, but know that the team is mainly remote anyway......
