We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our Product Engineering team and drive the development of virtual health service platforms.

In this role you will lead, mentor, and grow this team of full-stack developers with a common passion to make a positive impact in the lives of millions of people, and a track record of delivering innovative solutions that both doctors and patients love. You will collaborate with industry leaders in healthcare and machine learning to deliver on our mission of revolutionizing healthcare. You will develop and implement a technology roadmap to evolve our stack (currently based on AWS, React, Python, and gRPC microservices) throughout the growth of our company.

• Lead, mentor, and hire exceptional engineers with diverse backgrounds.

• Collaborate with doctors, engineers, product managers, and researchers to invent and deliver revolutionary product features.

• Flex your project management skills to drive work across the stack to completion, with high quality and at start-up pace.

• Work with other leaders at the company to grow the team and shape processes and culture.

An ideal candidate has/qualifications:

• 5+ years of engineering management experience.

• Experience in web-scale / consumer-facing engineering teams.

• Hands-on experience in AWS, React, Python, and gRPC microservices.

• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, diverse, and cross-disciplinary work environment that includes software engineers with different backgrounds, physicians, and UX researchers.
