    Fulltime Opportunity for HR Manager

    We're looking for a collaborative self-starter who is naturally organized and feels comfortable in a fast-moving-deadline-driven environment.

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Manage general HR operation and day-to-day activity of the employment life cycle
    • Proactively stay current on legislation to ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
    • Identify organizational development needs to engage and motivate employees and enhance performance
    • Develop and design employee engagement strategy to enhance morale, improve retention and increase productivity
    • Manage and participate in the employee termination process by coordinating with various departments and conduct exit interviews
    • Maintain, review and revise company handbook and policies and procedures
    • Develop, design, and implement succession planning and internal mobility programs
    • Resolve Employee Relations issues by using a systematic approach to conduct employment-related investigations, provide counseling, and record key findings with supporting documentation
    • Partner with and coach managers to build, deliver, and follow through on employee development, disciplinary actions, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs)
    • Proactive stay current on relevant legislation to ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
    • Collaboratively partner with the HR team, key stakeholders, and the executive team
    • Manage employee termination process by conducting exit interviews and coordinating with IT and Payroll departments in a timely manner
    • Apply an analytical process to identify and resolve HR-related challenges and measure human capital activities and organizational effectiveness
    • Perform HR-related analyses and reporting support through the HRIS Business Intelligence tool

    Required Experience and Skills:

    • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
    • PHR or SHRM-CP highly preferred
    • 7+ years of general HR experience in a mid-to-large size, multi-state organizations, and at least 2 years in a management role
    • Advanced knowledge of Federal and State and local employment laws required
    • Ability to handle confidential matters with extreme discretion
    • Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS) required, preferably in UltiPro
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects and competing priorities without sacrificing accuracy or efficiency
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across various departments and levels of the organization
    • Highly effective problem solving and critical thinking skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively within a close-knit team environment
    • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
