    As they continue to grow we are helping them hire a Back End SW Engineer with experience building complex, commercial software.

    What You Will Do   |  You’ll be designing, coding and collaborating with our tight-knit Engineering team to build complex applications at scale. Ground floor, new development work building out new Service Platforms and Data Platforms. Specific responsibilities include:

    • Code software and component development projects working directly with business stakeholders
    • Work on a wide array of diverse, interesting development projects utilizing the latest tech stack
    • Creatively thrive with Agile experimentation to consistently improve code/feature efficacy
    • Implement Test Driven Development

    Who You Are  |  You are an experienced SW Engineer comfortable building commercial software in a small, fast-moving, high-growth, collaborative environment with the opportunity to make significant technical contributions to our FinTech platform solution. Additional success attributes include:

    • 2-4 years of overall Software Engineering experience, with at least 1+ year of Java
    • BS Degree in Computer Science, Math or other technical discipline required
    • Knowledge of Big Data, Cloud, AWS, Snowflake
    • Interest in solving complex, fun technical challenges
    • Ability to communicate effectively with people of different degrees of technical ability
