We have an immediate opening in San Diego for a mid-level associate to join the Firm’s expanding Labor and Employment practice. This position provides immediate and significant opportunities for contact with clients and opposing counsel, and the chance to be on the leading edge of a growing West Coast practice.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent academic credentials, a strong work ethic, the ability to work independently and manage their own caseload, and first-rate research and drafting skills. Although this position includes work in federal courts and arbitration, candidates should be comfortable taking an active role in the Firm’s California state court practice.

Experience with both wage and hour, and discrimination cases is helpful, and class and PAGA experience is a significant plus.
