    Our client is a well-funded, rapidly growing & innovative dev-ops startup backed by top investors.  They are ready to hire a talented VP Sales leader skilled in building up B2B/B2D enterprise sales organizations for a highly technical company.

    This is a 100% hands-on hunting/closing role that will transition into a player-coach role down the road(hopefully within a year).

    This company helps development teams achieve their goals in a faster, more efficient way. They are unique in the market

    Responsibilities

    • Own all plans and strategies for achieving the company’s sales goals
    • Work alongside stakeholders to define GTM strategy
    • Be an owner of sales processes, end to end
    • Hire and develop sales staff
    • Manage key customers relationships and participate in closing deals
    • Forecast, measure, and analyze the pipeline
    • Identify market opportunities and build business cases

    Required Qualifications

    • Track record of building sales in a startup - you've been a top sales performer in a startup in recent times!
    • 5+ years in tech sales, with at least two solid, recent yrs in the B2D space, selling highly technical products (specifically around DevOps technology)
    • Track record of building a GTM strategy & sales plan
    • Sales management experience is a preference, but not required
