    We are looking for a Solution Engineer that thrives working with large enterprises in insurance industries, with unique business challenges requiring sophisticated solution design.

    Position Overview   |  As a Solution Engineer, you will be trained to become an expert. You will initially provide technical support to the Field Solution Engineers and Customer Success Managers. You will also be trained in all aspects of the sales process and eventually progress to a Solution Architect

    Job Responsibilities

    • Assist Field Solutions Engineers and Customer Success Managers with technical support

    • Support the Solution Engineering in the production of high-quality presentations and supporting materials

    • Assist with proof-of-concept evaluations

    • Build custom product demonstrations which focus on key business drivers and functional requirements for potential customers

    • Host weekly webinars

    • Contribute to building a positive, can-do, high-performance culture

    Required Qualifications

    • Minimum 2 years of work experience

    • BS/BA or related industry experience

    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, technical, and writing skills

    • Willingness to travel (up to 20%)

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Previous experience as a business analyst, technical support, customer success, or consulting a plus

    • Prior experience with SaaS solutions and legal industry, a plus
