Participate in all aspects of the customer lifecycle from presentation, demo, proof of concept, delivery, and support
Be a technology evangelist and educate prospects and customers on the solution that makes the most sense for their business and technology requirements
Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure a comprehensive set of requirements are aligned to business objectives, gaining a full understanding of current and future state
What we are looking for:
BA/BS Degree
4+ years of pre-sales or post-sales client interaction experience. Network or Security software experience is highly preferred.
Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle and overcome objections in both a pre-sales and post-sale context
Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting enterprise-wide Apache web servers and Tomcat application containers in a large Red Hat Linux/CentOS environment.
Experience with VM utilities like VMWare or Hyper-V
Experience with cloud solutions like Azure or AWS
Experience with Active Directory or WSUS
Experience writing scripts for process automation of applications, databases, or scheduling.
