    Empathic and tech-savvy people will be successful in this full-time (and remote) Solution Engineer role with our startup client.  The most important part of this job is listening to prospective clients so that you can understand how the tech can serve their needs.  The best part of this is that you can also earn commissions on taking the customer across the finish line.  

    Responsibilities:

    • Support the Account Executives by taking a consultative role in the customers' evaluation processes, including answering all technical questions, troubleshooting issues, and managing escalation to Support and Engineering
    • Build demo environments and deliver specific demos for new prospects and clients
    • Join calls with and customers to handle the technical discussions
    • Participate in cross-team engagement to provide resolution of opportunities related to technical queries
    • Work with the management to shape a best practice guide for Technical Demos
    • Process pre-sales questions for customers during the trial stage, and mitigate technical issues
    • Provide account management by coordinating with tech support to gain resolution. Provide feedback to product team on future updates. 
    • Create materials and videos to be used in sales activities

    Required skills:

    • At least 3 years in some sort of relevant experience, either Account Management, Sales Engineering or CSM or SDR or TAM work.
    • Must have previous experience in a Customer-facing technical role, and be comfortable presenting demos via web. Presentation skills are paramount.
    • Tech-savvy and eager to learn new technologies
    • Intermediate level in Javascript is a must
    • Previous experience with ZenDesk, Jira, Confluence, CRM systems (Salesforce)
    • Previous experience in RPA and/or automation is nice to have
    • Computer science degree is a plus
    • Strong listening and storytelling skills.
    • Enthusiasm for working in a high profile, fast-paced startup culture.

    • Responsible and self-motivated
    • Strong analysis skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize between competing activities
