Our client is building a next-gen trading platform in the Crypto-Asset space. They have some disruptive tech that will support the new world of investing.

We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager who is excited to ship software that enables quant researchers to develop the best High-Frequency Trading (HFT) strategies and capital allocators to make smart investment decisions and manage a dynamic portfolio of crypto assets.

The ideal candidate should have experience working with a highly technical product, have an interest in HFT and cryptocurrencies, and a drive to iterate on products quickly. We are looking for motivated individuals, truly passionate about their work, who take initiatives and lead projects to completion.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with software engineers to lead initiatives from inception to completion and recommend continuous iteration
• Evaluate multiple competing and changing priorities to make decisions on how to deploy internal resources for the most successful outcomes
• Work closely with leadership to map the company’s strategic business objectives (revenue, acquisition targets, etc.) to a roadmap, ensuring the team is always working on the most impactful features
• Break down complicated problems and asks into multiple possible solutions and drive the team to quickly come to a thoughtful decision on approach and next steps
• Create relationships with users of both sides of the platform to conduct product discovery prior to development and user test new products
• Maintain strong partnerships with marketing, finance, and other functions to ensure that products are effectively taken to market
• Help to define, standardize, and communicate processes that help the  software engineering team scale

Skills / Experience

• 5+ years of Product Management experience
• 5+ years of technical experience
• A track record of delivering a successful product to market and maintaining a robust roadmap
• Experience with Atlassian project management suite
• Experience with UI/UX a plus
• Experience in FinTech space is a plus
