    This is a full-time career opportunity with one of the largest machine tool builders in the world. Climate controlled facility with full benefits, including quarterly and yearly bonus opportunities.

    This Machine Tool Maintenance Professional is responsible for repairing and maintaining manual and CNC machines. Must work with little to no supervision.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Follow all safety requirements.
    • Works with Maintenance Coordinator and SAP work order list.
    • Operate and maintain coolant equipment, including de-ionized water system, coolant mixing unit, wastewater recycling, and system oil recycling equipment.
    • Locate, maintain, and organize CNC machine manuals.
    • Use and understand various precision measuring devices.
    • Perform routine repairs and preventative maintenance on CNC machines, manual machines, and supporting equipment.
    • Troubleshoot problems on CNC machines and other equipment.
    • Repair identified problems on machines and support equipment.
    • Able to read and perform basic troubleshooting in ladder logic.
    • Assist in training less experienced technicians
    • Install new CNC machines, accessories, and robots.
    • Sets up, install, and troubleshoot computer programs in new and used machinery.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Full knowledge of various brands and types of machine tools and their use.
    • Full understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems for CNC machines.
    • Excellent troubleshooting ability of servo and spindle drives.
    • Full knowledge of troubleshooting and repair of CNC machines with no supervision.
    • Comfortable using Renishaw ball-bar and vibration equipment must be able to interpret results and determine solutions.
    • Ten years of CNC repair/troubleshooting/maintenance experience
    • Mechanical/hydraulic/pneumatic knowledge & experience
