What you will be doing:

• Provide advice and counsel regarding all labor relations matters.

• Prepare for collective bargaining.

• Represent management at collective bargaining.

• Represent at all labor disputes including grievances, arbitrations and improper practice proceedings.

Experience you will need:

• Experience in public sector labor relations.

• Experience at the bargaining table, public or private sector.

• Excellent organizational, research, writing, and people skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of labor law.
