Our startup client is building blockchain infrastructure to be used in a wide range of applications.  This Senior UX/UI role will own all of the design process, including user research and insights and rapid prototypes.

Requirements include:

• Minimum of 6 years UI/UX experience
• Ability to define problems before moving into a solution.  
• Experience using industry-standard design tools.
• Experience with prototyping tools like InVision, Principle, and Framer
• Web and Mobile design
• Basic understanding of front end programming (and having actual development experience is a huge plus)
• Understanding of W3C Accessibility standards
• A portfolio demonstrating a strong background in UX, interaction and visual design
• Able to accept constructive criticism and be able to work positively

This work can all be done remotely, as we're all realizing that it should have been remote all along.....
