Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruitment for the Boston and Mountain View offices.
Identify innovative ways to seek out talent while creating an inclusive and engaging candidate experience
Source qualified candidates via proactive outreach, review resumes, and pre-screen candidates
Collaborate with engineering leaders to deeply understand hiring needs
Design and implement robust search strategies to build robust pipelines for active and future roles
Partner with hiring managers to maximize the effectiveness of assessment processes
Set a metrics-driven recruiting strategy to meet hiring targets
Drive offer approval, extensions, and negotiations
Drive efficiencies for all aspects of the recruitment process
Requirements
Full-cycle technical recruiting experience at a high-growth company or agency that works with high-growth startups
Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience
Able to prioritize tasks/goals in a challenging, fast-paced environment
Passion for finding and connecting with the best talent
Disciplined strategy to source, engage and nurture prospective candidates
Ability to understand the technical requirements for the roles you will be hiring
Knowledge of the latest recruiting tools
