    New role for a Talent Acquisition Leader to play a critical role in defining, leading, and executing the Talent Acquisition strategy for technology, product development and analytics hires.

    This person will partner with relevant business leaders to ensure that we meet the hiring needs of our growing organization and develop scalable recruiting strategies.


    The below represents the primary duties of the position:

    • Develop, implement, and execute effective and innovative talent acquisition strategies and processes with a focus on attracting and retaining a diverse pipeline of candidates – ensure the processes and practices align with the fast-paced talent marketplace

    • Ensure that internal recruiting processes and opportunities are supportive of a development-focused organization and facilitate career growth across all roles and functions

    • Build and nurture strong relationships with business partners, act as a trusted advisor and strategic expert

    • Understand the organizational structure, operating approach and business needs of the technical organizations that you will support.

    • Champion our diversity and inclusion philosophy and ensure recruiting strategies reflect that vision

    • Oversee the overall candidate experience and continuously improve the candidate journey from prospect to hire

    • Work collaboratively with agency partners to leverage those resources in a cost-effective manner

    • Be an effective partner in developing the strategy and execution of our employer brand and value proposition through internal and external channels

    • Manage and inspire a highly engaged team to execute on the recruiting needs across the verticals; provide training and development opportunities to help the team continue to grow

    Required Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience required.

    • 10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition with a strong history of building and managing highly effective tech development teams; ideally in a fast-paced, high growth technology company

    • Fluent in the role types and skills requirements in technology, product, and analytics

    • 4+ years of people management experience with a proven track record of coaching and developing high performing teams

    • Demonstrated ability to increase the diversity of candidate pipelines through partnerships, branding, outreach, and other strategies

    • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can execute amid changing priorities

    • Energetic relationship builder with exceptional, proactive communication and influencing skills

    • Experience managing a geographically dispersed team
