Responsibilities:

• Estate Planning: Create customized estate plans, including wills and trusts, to meet client objectives.
• Asset Protection: Advise clients on preserving and safeguarding assets while minimizing tax implications.
• Trust Administration: Manage trust assets and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Probate Assistance: Guide clients through the probate process. Special needs probate experience is a plus
• Tax Planning: Develop strategies to reduce estate and inheritance tax liabilities.
• Legal Research: Stay current on California trust and estate laws.
  

Qualifications:

• JD degree and California State Bar membership.
• 4 years of trust and estate planning experience. (Wills, trusts, & estate law)
• Strong knowledge of California trust and estate laws.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Client-focused and detail-oriented.
