This is a ground floor opportunity where we expect you to grow into a Head of product position quickly. Collaborating directly with the CEO, you will lead the charge in building a beautiful, performant product that meets our customers where they are.
Job Description:
- Gather and assess product requirements from customer design partners
- Own the product roadmap
- Convert requirements to feature specifications for the engineering and design teams
- Build a world-class team of Product Managers and UX Designers/Researchers.
- Partner closely with engineers, data scientists, designers, marketers and Tingono leadership to launch and scale our product
- Provide market and competitive insights to help shape the direction of the product
- Contribute to growing a world-class technical team and embody our values as a company.
Requirements:
- BS, or MS in Computer Science, HCI or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Product Management role at a technology company. Startup experience is a definite plus.
- Demonstrated project management and collaboration skills across functional groups.
- Experienced with modern sales or customer success software (e.g. Gong, Outreach, Gainsight, Totango, Zendesk, Pendo, Walk.me, Intercom, Salesforce etc.) is a BIG plus
