CUSTOMER SERVICE: Opportunity to work in a growing eCommerce fashion business.
The customer service position maintains and interacts with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and to handle and resolve customer complaints.
Work with customers by telephone, email(or in-person) to provide information about products. This will involve the following:
- Update and keep detailed records of all customer transactions
- Order customer material based on the purchase order
- Coordinate raw material needs with sales or customer and production
- Administer and manage Order Processing Sheet
- Create, update and manage binder sheet for new orders
- Monitor Purchase Order confirmations (pertaining to orders)
- Calculate costs, coordinate production activities, prepare and forward order confirmation to the customer
- Process credit cards payments, collect deposits and receivables, and verify billing
- Resolve customer service and billing complaints by performing activities for exchanges, refunds, and billing adjustments
- Contact customers to respond to inquiries, and notify them of investigation results or any planned adjustments
- Complete contract forms, maintain customer records and files
- Control sample cabinet: check samples coming in and place in correct container

- Previous experience in a customer service capacity
- Strong customer service acumen
- High standards of quality
- High level of ownership
