    What You Will Do

    • Maintain a robust and scalable production and supporting infrastructure including Kubernetes etc.
    • Gather and analyze metrics from production to assist in performance tuning and fault finding
    • Partner with development teams to improve services through rigorous testing and release procedures
    • Participate in system design consulting, platform management, and capacity planning
    • Create sustainable systems and services through automation and uplifts
    • Balance feature development speed and reliability with well-defined service level objectives
    • Determine change safety and execute production changes
    • Participate in on-call rotation, support incidents related to production systems

    Who You Are

    You are an early to mid-level Site Reliability Engineer, comfortable maintaining a robust and scalable production and supporting infrastructure. Additional success attributes include:

    • BS or above degree in Computer Science, Math or other technical discipline
    • 3-5 years of experience working as an SRE
    • Proficient with AWS EC2, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GoLang or Python
    • Familiar with Scrum/Agile product development lifecycle, GitHub, JIRA/Confluence etc. tooling
    • Experience with Prometheus and Grafana is a bonus
    • Accuracy and attention to detail
    • Teamwork skills, because most projects require input from individuals with different roles
    • Ability to communicate effectively with people of different degrees of technical ability
