What you’ll do:
- Help take us to millions of users / customers in 2021.
- Lead strategy, forecasting, and execution of new customer acquisition for both digital & offline marketing channels.
- Own, drive, and report on key metrics related to CAC, acquisition, channel/campaign LTV, and overall channel growth.
- Develop a strategic roadmap that utilizes a multi-channel strategy and leverages the company’s unique capabilities and value props.
- Partner with Product and Content to build out a best-in-class SEO strategy to generate and capture organic demand.
- Work closely with Data and Analytics partners to develop performance measurement reporting and media mix modeling to demonstrate the impact of high funnel activities.
- Set the standard for fast A/B testing, experimentation and, iteration to continuously improve
- Develop and retain a highly talented Growth Marketing team with a passion to understand and delight our customers with great marketing experiences.
What you should be great at:
Understanding e-commerce. We are a product that involves buying things on your phone. There is a science to creating great and viral experiences for this.
Understanding mobile consumer products. We are not just an eCommerce company. We are a messaging app / social product that helps you keep your relationships warm and live with the people who matter to you. It is important to us that you have a visceral feel for what mobile experience will delight a user.
Understanding mobile viral loops and how to track them.
Moving very fast. We’re out here to grow at lightning speed and want to work with kindred spirits who also want to plant flags everywhere around the world.
